This month permit yourself to relax. For me, the energy of creativity is in my heart and mind, and sometimes the wheels turn too quickly.

THE WORD FOR TODAY IS "RECEIVE"

Receive the infinite supply of the Universe now. It is ok to receive help, support, and the green light to receive and refuel your energy.

MY MANTRA IS I RECEIVE, I RECEIVE, I RECEIVE. THANK YOU!

This goes far as gratitude and opening up your heart and mind to allow yourself to receive what is necessary.

This is a photo shoot taken right before my mastectomy in 2018. I was releasing so much here, and let go of the old ways of ‘having to do it all’. It was a very emotional time. Receiving was my medicine, and the new ‘program’ I needed to continue living the best life in a state of receiving vs. force.

I receive the gifts that health opportunities and other challenges have brought me.

I receive the love of the Universe to run through every cell of my being.

I'm still here because I chose to receive life.

My willingness to continue my walk is received.

I receive ease and comfort now.
