On February 16th, we will gather for a Family Constellation at the Temple of Healing Arts, led by Ivan and Mariana Polic. This is the first event of the year open to the public, and we are so happy to host this fantastic couple and their work in this modality. Once you experience Constellations, you will understand the power of ancestral healing in a new way.
WHAT IS FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?
Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that helps reveal and heal hidden dynamics within families and ancestral lineages. Developed by Bert Hellinger, it is based on the idea that unresolved traumas, entanglements, and unspoken loyalties can pass down through generations, affecting our lives in ways we may not consciously understand.
How It Works:
1. The Seeker (Client) presents an issue they want clarity or healing, which could be about relationships, health, emotions, or life patterns.
2. Representatives (participants in the group) are chosen to stand in for family members, ancestors, or even abstract concepts (e.g., love, destiny, illness).
3. Through energetic perception and intuitive movement, the family system's “living map” unfolds, revealing hidden patterns, unresolved emotions, or exclusions in the lineage.
4. The facilitator guides the process, helping bring awareness, resolution, and restoration of balance to the system. This often includes healing statements, acknowledgment of past pain, and reintegration of lost family members or truths.
