The 40 Day Light Body Cleanse is focused on coaching, spiritual guidance, and healing based on Energetic alignment through body, mind, and energetic purification, awakening your inner guidance and lighting up your auric field. The tools, healing sessions, and practices will help you amplify your light on another level.

WHAT IS ENERGETIC ALIGNMENT? It is when a person's mind, emotions, and spiritual self are in sync. This alignment can can make you feel like life is on your side and your perspective on life changes. When you clear yourself from dark influences or parasitic energies your "light body" or auric field becomes stronger if you know how to receive and source your own light.
